FAQ's & Shipping Information

How can I confirm my order and what is the order process?
The Order Process is as follows

  1. You select items from the store and add them to the cart and then place the order with us. Please note shipping charges will be intimated to you only after we receive your enquiry, as we have to check with our various logistics partners to determine the best rates. The shipping prices shown on the checkout page are only estimates and NOT the final charges. 

  2. A representative will get back to you with a proforma invoice which will contain all details pertaining to your order, payment options and shipping charges, as well as any other requirements of the customer after due discussion.

  3. We provide various payment options ranging from UPI, Bank Transfer and Card payments.

  4. Customer makes the payment against the proforma invoice and will begin processing the order.

  5. Within 7 working days, the order is shipped and relevant shipping information, such as tracking details and delivery receipt will be shared with the customer.


How to track my order?
Within 7 days the order is shipped, and shipping information pertaining to tracking and
delivery receipts are shared with the customer.


What are the Payment Methods

How to find out shipping charges ?

Siege Fitness works with several logistics partners and the nature of gym equipments makes automation of shipping charges very difficult. To navigate this issue, we manually check shipping charges based on your address and the items ordered, and intimate the same to you directly. These rates will be informed to you after we've received your enquiry from  the cart. The shipping charges shown in the checkout page are only estimates and NOT the final charges. Alternatively you can also whatsapp us directly from the Contact Us Page.
