The Insert structure of the handles and reinforcement plate of the adaptor allows for maximum stability and weight loading capacity. Compatible with both 3x3 as well as 2x2 racks, the dip bars are adjustable in both height and width, and are suitable for any user, regardless of their body structure. The handle adaptors are independent on each side and provide a great amount of unrestricted space in front of the user. The bars feature a textured anti slip powder coated finish.
