The Citadel System is a comprehensive training ecosystem consisting of the Daemon Half Rack, the Patriot Tri Axis Jammer arms and the Conqueror Lat pulldown attachment. The Citadel allows the user to combine free weighted barbell movements, with isolation work of the cables and the extremely versatile tri axis jammers, for a multi-faceted training system.

1. The Daemon Half Rack: The Daemon Half Rack is a precision engineered and aesthetically stunning rack featuring heavy-duty 3×3 laser-cut steel, delivering exceptional strength, rigidity, and versatility in a compact footprint. Its signature angled crossmember design preserves complete access to the front uprights, allowing the full adjustment range to be utilized without obstruction. Reinforced 6 mm brace plates provide outstanding stability under heavy loads. The Daemon is equipped with 8 mm  J-Hooks and Spotter Arms, each rated for a 1.2 ton load capacity.

2. The Conqueror: The Conqueror Lat pulldown attachment is a precision engineered high and low pulley system consisting of aluminum pulleys with bearings, a machined 80 kg weight stack, 6mm cables and a multigrip, adjustable handle, providing a highly versatile, smooth and silent cable system.

3. The Patriot Jammer Arms: Maximum adjustability, ease of use combined with precision engineering and a patented design (pending), these jammer arms can do it all. The patriot system features an adjustable housing bracket, which allows the arms to be moved along the vertical uprights of the rack, by simply releasing a lever. The bracket allows the jammer arm to be positioned in different angles, with a set starting position, allowing for various types of presses, pulls and hinge movements to be performed. It also comes along with the Tri Axis Adaptors, which enable complete lateral movement of the arms, along with providing the option to lock the arms in multiple horizontal angles or limit the range of motion along the horizontal axis.
